We Honor Veterans, a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHCPO) in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), recognizes the unique needs of America's veterans and their families.

The local Hospice of the Piedmont has a strong We Honor Veterans Program and can be contacted to arrange support for veterans and their families and can arrange for a special recognition ceremony for veterans at the end of life.
